The Inside and Outside of Information Architecture

I gave a talk on Information Architecture (IA) in our company (@ThoughtWorks) a few months ago. With the hope of making the topic concrete and down-to-earth, I followed an “inside and outside” framework which (hopefully) connects theory, method, and practice.
